How the heart works

JKDA-designed Heart Disease and Cardiovascular Health uses a diagrammatic vocabulary, greatly simplifying the clarity of the blood’s route through the heart and lungs (left). Below, the diagram re-imagined as Harry Beck’s London Underground map, used as the cover illustration for Designing Information.
